ROSA PORRINO GRANITE (FINE, POLISHED PIECE) - Spain

This beautiful granite is of Carboniferous age and is mostly composed of alkali feldspar of a delicate pink colour, quartz, and biotite mica. 

It is named after the town in Spain where it is quarried. It is used for external and internal cladding of buildings world-wide, as well as shop fronts, tables and countertops.

This is a very good sample with natural broken edges. It is polished on one side. It has the supplier's sample number on the back. Presented in a lidded gift box.
