The block has 4 adult crinoids, 1 juvenile and parts of over 7 others. A superb teaching, or exhibition item. The crinoids typically show a stem up to 10 cm long with cirri, the small calyx and the superb branched arms with feather-like pinnules which cover a most of the block.
This replica was produced by Stuart Baldwin's company Educational Palaeontological Reproductions in the 1990s. It has rings on the back enabling it to be hung on a wall if desired.
