A small fossil fish from the classic Jurassic limestones of Solnhofen. It is presented in a lidded gift box with an acrylic stand included.

The Solnhofen limestones preserve in exquisite detail the soft tissues of animals. Although fossils are by no means common, over the years some spectacular specimens have been found, including the famous Archaeopteryx.
