An impressive Jurassic ammonite still half encased in the rock in which it was found. The ammonite has been skilfully prepared.
It is unfortunately missing part of the shell, and the centre is not well preserved, but it is still a very good display piece.
It has a flat base so that it displays well.
Please note: This specimen weighs nearly 5 kilograms.
