Khouribga, Morocco
A shark has jaws packed with a frightening array of teeth. The teeth are only loosely attached to the jaw and often fall out to be preserved in the mud on the sea floor. These beautifully preserved teeth are from the phosphate mines of Morocco. The fossil comes in a plastic display box as shown. Size of tooth 5 to 6 centimetres.
