A selection of fossilised sharks teeth from this classic site. These fossils were collected in 1992 and are from an old collection. The quarry is now a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
A shark has jaws packed with a frightening array of teeth. The teeth are only loosely attached to the jaw and often fall out to be preserved in the mud on the sea floor.
