Very unusual example of a flint echinoid, complete with shell, attached to a round nodule of flint.
A curious and interesting fossil, only marred by slight wear on the lower edge of the echinoid, which was where the fossil was protruding from the chalk sea cliff.
Size: approx. 11.5 x 6 x 5.5 centimetres
