Wilmington Quarry, Wilmington,
East Devon


Five little echinoids, or sea urchins, from the Lower Chalk of 
Wilmington Quarry. Presented in a glass display box.

Wilmington Quarry was a classic site for fossils but unfortunately the quarry is now closed and there is no public access. It is a Site of Special Scientific Interest for fossils and the Lower Chalk. These little specimens were found in the 1980s.
