PALAEOLITHIC HAND-AXE

A fine flint Palaeolithic hand-axe with a lovely colour and patina. Purchased from a London antiquities dealer several decades ago but unfortunately with no provenance.

It is typical of hand-axes from East Anglian Palaeolithic sites.
