Flint is normally black but is often coloured by iron and other minerals. Other types of rock, such as quartzite, are found on Norfolk’s beaches which come from the gravel bought here by the river Thames when it flowed across Norfolk during the early Ice Age.
Presented in a sturdy plastic box with lid. Eight or nine pebbles per box.
